Her diverse experience and training, allows her to tailor teaching programs, course curriculums and classroom pedagogical approaches to specific needs of the students and the schools.Parents and children admire her for passion, patience, dedication and love for children.She firmly believes that each child is unique and the role of a teacher is to enable each one to actualise his/her dream and potential.

Saikat Roy is an Engineer from BITS-PIlani with a MBA from Symbiosis Institute, Pune. He has worked across various sectors and has set up businesses for some of the most renowned names in the Indian automotive and banking industries. He has a passion for education and renewable energy. Prior to setting up DelKidzz he worked as the Managing Director of the largest solar pump installation company in India. He has over 23 years of experience and is guiding us with his experience and is actively working with us to set up Delkidzz into a world class early teaching school.

A passionate early childhood educationist, Anuradha Roy is backed by a rich experience of over 17 years, of which she spent 10 years with various Educational Corporates like NIIT Ltd,Career Launcher,ICFAI UNIVERSITY and 7 years into Early Childhood Education.She has done NTT,ECCE and B.Ed. Her passion is to motivate all students of different levels and ages to devote themselves to self learning and become socially responsible citizens. Always focussed on quality in whatever she ventures out to do, She has plans for bigger and meaningful projects in the field of Education.

Rupali Ma’am is a certified Jolly Phonics trainer. She always wanted to pursue a career in education as she had an inclination towards Early Childhood Education. She has been an educationist and has taught children for several years. She incorporated phonics in her teaching process to teach in a systematic and an explicit manner to achieve quick and successful learning outcome.
